In the present study, we present a new type of an integrated magnetooptical isolator. We considered the film and the cover regions are magnetooptic while the substrate is made of metamaterial. The proposed isolator uses only the TM mode propagating perpendicular to the in-plane magnetization of a planer magnetooptical waveguide.
