Pregnancy in non-communicating rudimentary horn is very rare and life threatening. It is often not diagnosed unless it terminates by rupture in the second trimester. Prerupture diagnosis of rudimentary horn pregnancy with USG is technically difficult, with sensitivity of 30%.
