Extracellular Vesicles (EVs)-mediated intercellular communication is recently receiving a rising attention. Owing to their content, EVs can target cargoes to promote beneficial or pathological conditions. However, understanding the mechanisms by which EVs interact with target cells is still a challenge. We address this by a multi-technique approach, using model membranes of different compositions.
