The effects of phylogeny, morphology and prey availability on the partitioning of trophic resources in an anuran community - Moroti et al., 2020

Here, we tested whether phylogenetic and morphological distance correlate with trophic niche overlap using a path analysis of multiple partial regression of distance matrices. We also tested whether niche breadth and overlap changed with inclusion of prey availability and morphological similarity by using a recently proposed metric. To our knowledge, this is the first study using this approach to an amphibian community.
