Circadian rhythm pathway was demonstrated pathological functions in glioma on single-gene level. We aim to depict the multi-omics landscape of circadian rhythm pathway alteration in glioma using bioinformatic analyses. Multi-omics data were obtained from “cBioPortal” database.
