Antioxidant effects of diarylheptanoids from two Curcuma species

Five linear diarylheptanoids (1-5), including a new one (1), were isolated from the rhizomes of Curcuma kwangsiensis S. G. Lee et C. F. Liang, while four linear diarylheptanoids (6-9) and four cyclic diarylheptanoids (10-13) were isolated from the roots of Curcuma aromatica Salisb.
