Osteoarthritis (OA), an inflammatory response in chondrocytes, leads to extracellular matrix (ECM) degradation and cartilage destruction. Timosaponin B-II (TB-II) is the main bioactive component of Rhizoma Anemarrhenae with reported antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects.
