The work presented in this thesis focuses on building mesoscale assemblies by investigating and developing different flow coating methods, and creating double helix transformations. We establish size and geometry scaling for various control parameters of evaporative self-assembly based ‘stop-and-go’ flow coating method, followed by developing a new actuation mechanism for meniscus capillary break.
