Optimized culture systems for the preimplatation ICR mouse embryos with wide range of EDTA concentrations

In this study, in vitro preimplantation embryo culture media especially for outbred stock mice (Institute of Cancer Research (ICR)) were optimized with different concentrations of Ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA).
