Assessing the conservation priority of freshwater lake sites based on taxonomic, functional and environmental uniqueness

Aim: We propose a novel approach that considers taxonomic uniqueness, functional uniqueness and environmental uniqueness, and show how it can be used in guiding conservation planning.
