A dataset of radiocarbon-dated European bison fossils assembled from the literature and unpublished data. All fossils have been evaluated for the quality and reliability of the date, and only retained if rated "Reliable" by Barnosky & Lindsey criteria. We then calibrated the carbon-14 dates using the IntCal13 curve in OxCal.
