Measurements of Cloud Base Height (CBH) at the Thule High Arctic Atmospheric Observatory (THAAO) are carried out by means of a LUFFT Nimbus CHM15k ceilometer. The ceilometer is a laser remote sensing device with embedded algorithm for determining layers of particles and droplets in the atmosphere. Measurements of Pressure (P, in kPa), Temperature (T, in °C), and Relative Humidity (RH, in %) carried out by means of a Campbell meteorological station installed at the Thule High Arctic Atmospheric Observatory, near Thule Air Base (76.5°N, 68.8°W; 220m amsl), Greenland, in July 2016. The meteorological station is installed at 4 m above ground. Data are recorded at 10 minutes intervals and stored as ASCII textfiles.

Hazelnut (Corylus avellana L.) is a traditional nut crop in southern Europe. Germplasm exploration conducted on-farm in five countries (Portugal, Spain, Italy, Slovenia, and Greece) identified 77 landraces. The present work describes phenotypic variation in nut and husk traits and investigates genetic relationships using 10 simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers among these landraces, 57 well-known references cultivars, and 19 wild accessions.
