Представлена новая технологическая схема интенсифицированной электрогидроимпульсной вытяжки- формовки листовых металлов. Основное отличие от традиционной схемы заключается в замене неподвижного прижима инерционным разглаживателем и создании увеличенного зазора между формоизменяющей матрицей и фиксирующим элементом. Предлагаемая технологическая схема характеризуется простотой конструкции и реализации в сравнении с имеющимися аналогами.

В статье изложены результаты исследования герметичности шиберных задвижек со стальным корпусом и седлом, изготовленным из титанового сплава ВТ6, в зависимости от режима токарной обработки торцевой поверхности седла. Установлена существенная зависимость параметров шероховатости торцевой поверхности седла Ra и Rz от скорости резания, подачи и глубины. Результаты приемочных испытаний шиберных задвижек на Усть-Каменогорском заводе промышленной арматуры показали, что седла из титанового сплава с параметрами шероховатости торцевой поверхности Ra /Rz = 0,219/1,375 и Ra /Rz = 0,226/1,189 (мкм)...

ASYMPTOTICAL REGIMES OF THE HYDROFRACTURING PLANAR 3D MODEL

In the proposed paper the Planar 3D model of hydraulic fracturing was investigated. All of the hydraulic fracturing equations were substituted into the mass conservation law and scaled. Nontrivial dimensionless parameters of the problem were found. Asymptotic regimes of the equation, the Radial or the Pseudo3D model, correspond to the infinitely small or the infinitely large dimensionless parameters. Thus, the limiting conditions of these models were found in the terms of the dimensionless parameters.
