This is a Direct Replication attempt on the claim 4 claim: The findings also supported the next hypothesis, H4: a positive relation will be found between openness to experiences and leadership experiences. A significant (p < .01) positive relation was indeed found here (beta = .34). from Popper et al (2009). The statistical evidence is: b = .34, p < .01
