Charlie Melissa Phelps, Kathryn McMahon, Andrew Bissett, Rachele Bernasconi, Peter Steinberg, Torsten Thomas, Ezequiel Marzinelli & Megan Huggett
This research focuses on the spatial and temporal variations in the whole and core microbial communities on the ecologically important, temperate kelp E. radiata. Including the relationship with environmental drivers and the whole microbial community. Our research sampled microbial communities over a 17-month period, from six different sites in two distinct geographic regions (East and West coasts of Australia). This zOTU table is the relative abundances for the whole regional (combined WA and NSW) dataset.

Danmar Gloria
2,3-dihydroquinolin-4-one Analogues were characterised using FTIR spectroscopy- The FTIR spectra were acquired using a Perkin Elmer FTIR instrument equipped with a Universal-ATR accessory where sample are pressed on a diamond crystal. Measurement parameters are contained within the data.

2000 Male Out Survey Data

Susan Kippax
A large sample of homosexually active men was recruited through the mail-out, self complete questionnaire procedure. The participants represent a broad cross-section of the homosexually active population of Australia, both gay community attached and non gay community attached men. The resultant data based on this diverse sample of homosexually active men drawn from every corner of Australia complement those findings from periodic surveys conducted in principal gay communities. Data was collected on demographic variables, sexual...

Neurobehavioural Genetics Unit (NGU) Genotype Data - Measured

Brian Kelly
The purpose of the NGU is to conduct molecular genetic analyses and related studies on the blood samples derived from the Australian Schizophrenia Research Bank (ASRB). Individual scientists and research groups may apply to ASRB for access to biological samples to conduct their own genetic analyses. Alternatively, data resulting from the genetic analyses already conducted by NGU may be made available to scientists and research groups willing to enter into a scientific collaboration with the...

Pore Size Characterisation of Microfiltration Membranes

Greg Leslie
This project characterises a range of commercially available microfiltration membranes using capillary porometery. The characterisation looks primarily at the pore size distribution for a range of polymeric membranes made from different materials.Pore sizes examined range from 0.22 to 5µm and membranes are from manufacturers including; Millipore, Sartorius, Poretics, Pall and Akzo Nobel.

RSquared Interview Data

Maude Frances
Six in-depth qualitative interviews were collected as part of the 'Researching the Researchers' (RSquared) project at the University Library, UNSW Australia. These data were collected with the aim of gaining an understanding of changing needs in data use, creation and sharing within different research communities at UNSW. Participant recruitment was undertaken via the RSquared online survey. As part of the survey, volunteers were sought to take part in an informal in-depth face-to-face interview about their...
