Additional file 1 of Partial otubain 1 deficiency compromises fetal well-being in allogeneic pregnancies despite no major changes in the dendritic cell and T cell compartment
Annika Stutz, Gopala Nishanth, Ana C. Zenclussen & Anne Schumacher
Supplementary Material 1. Representative flow cytometry dot plots are displayed for different DC and T cell populations within each organ analyzed. First, total lymphocytes were gated. Then, DC and T cell frequencies were determined according to their specific marker combinations
Spatial variability in fMRI for conscious tactile perception
Marc Pabst, Alice Dabbagh, Till Nierhaus, Arno Villringer & Martin Grund
Previous fMRI research on conscious tactile perception has focused on activity amplitudes instead of utilizing the spatial patterns. In the visual domain, low (spatial) variability of neural responses has been discussed as a marker of stimulus awareness. Here, we take a similar approach to tactile stimulation by investigating trial-to-trial variability of activation patterns as a measure of variability in neural representation.
