Civil War ferrotype (tintype) of 1st Lieutenant Marcus Stults, Company H, 14th New Jersey Regiment

This ferrotype of 1st Lieutenant Marcus Stults was taken between July 1863 and March 1864 while the 14th New Jersey was assigned to the 3rd Army Corp. This fact is determined by the presence of the diamond shaped 3rd Corp badge that is attached to Marcus Stult's forage cap in this image. The photographer is unknown.
