Gender Differences in Motives for Initiating and Avoiding Negotiations

To gain a more comprehensive understanding of gender differences in negotiations, we qualitatively (N = 1119) and quantitatively (N = 200) investigated men’s and women’s motives for initiating and avoiding negotiations.
