A Training Curriculum was developed for the Research Intervention. This training curriculum was partly based on the Handbook of the “Balance” project and specific modules were used to create the training program and material.The training curriculum included some theoretical presentations and experiential activities (based on non-formal education) aiming at the development of soft skills which seem to relate to work-life balance, such as time management, networking, planning, creativity, etc.
