Load accelerometry data stored in CWA format as used by the Axitivty sensor used by the UK Biobank. This version runs in Python (Anaconda) on Windows. It is based upon https://github.com/activityMonitoring/biobankAccelerometerAnalysis and https://github.com/Non-Invasive-Bioelectronics-Lab/BiobankActivityCSF. There are very few changes, but the previous code only works on Unix.
