4c) R code for overall holistic model of USA agriculture 1990-2017
James Millington & Oliver Perkins
This code runs a holistic model of USA agricultural production 1990-2017. It is stochastic. The current code is set up to do a run of 125 iterations.
To fully reproduce results produced in the accompanying paper, the model should be run for 125 iterations, setting the seed at 1987, 1988, 1989 and 1990.

Michael Fayemiwo, Toluwase Olowookere, Samson Arekete, Adewale Ogunde, Mba Odim, Bosede Oguntunde, Oluwabunmi Olaniyan, Theresa Ojewumi, Idowu Oyetade & Ademola Aremu
Four experiments were performed where fine-tuned VGG-16 and VGG-19 Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) with Deep Transfer Learning (DTL) were trained on both binary class X-ray images dataset and three-class X-ray images dataset. The system was trained with X-ray images dataset for the model to detect the COVID-19. The fine-tuned VGG-16 and VGG-19 DTL models were trained for 40 epochs with a batch size of 10, using Adam optimizer for weight updates, categorical cross-entropy loss function....

Independent generation of sequence elements by motor cortex; rnn-sequence-model
Andrew J Zimnik & Mark M. Churchland
OverviewThis project contains the trained RNN model that was used to generate Fig. 7-8 of Zimnik and Churchland (2020). With the attached code, one is able to load the trained model, generate the inputs that the model was trained on (as well as the target outputs), feed the inputs to the model, and observe the resulting output (i.e., muscle activity).CodeThis project contains a single code file, stored in the 'Code' directory: a Jupyter Notebook titled...

bistablehistory: an R package for history-dependent analysis of perceptual time series
Alexander Pastukhov
A package to compute a cumulative history for time-series of perceptual dominance in bistable displays. Estimates cumulative history, an estimate of accumulating adaptation/prediction error for the dominant percept, for time-series for continuously viewed bistable perceptual rivalry displays. Computes cumulative history via a homogeneous first order differential process. I.e., it assumes exponential growth/decay of the history as a function of time and perceptually dominant state. Supports Gamma, log normal, and normal distribution families. Improvements in version...
