The locked potential of BI & HR

Bryan Renas, Hicham Khallouk, Thom Zeilstra & Ruben van den Bovenkamp

These are decisions that are made in which a decision is made by the decision maker on the basis of their opinion (for example, whether or not someone has passed a driving test). This is the opposite to objective decision-making in which quantitative data forms the basis for a decision (for...

Measuring Value Creation of BI in the Logistics Industry

D Roozen, O Oteng, A Adouti & S Brinkhuis
Data collection and analysis have been the core of Business Intelligence (BI) for many years. The process of using data will only grow with the rise of Industry 4.0, because partial factors such as big data, make it possible to gain more data at a faster rate. This makes it possible to gain a competitive edge over other companies. Currently, there is a need for a new framework which measures value creation of BI decision...

Pulkin Maxim Viktorovich
