Generalized Poisson integer-valued autoregressive processes with structural changes
Chenhui Zhang, Dehui Wang, Kai Yang, Han Li & Xiaohong Wang
In this paper, we introduce a new first-order generalized Poisson integer-valued autoregressive process, for modeling integer-valued time series exhibiting a piecewise structure and overdispersion. Basic probabilistic and statistical properties of this model are discussed. Conditional least squares and conditional maximum likelihood estimators are derived. The asymptotic properties of the estimators are established. Moreover, two special cases of the process are discussed. Finally, some numerical results of the estimates and a real data example are presented.

Ferritinophagy is involved in the zinc oxide nanoparticles-induced ferroptosis of vascular endothelial cells
Xia Qin, Jun Zhang, Bin Wang, Ge Xu, Xi Yang, Zhen Zou & Chao Yu
Zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnONPs) hold great promise for biomedical applications. Previous studies have revealed that ZnONPs exposure can induce toxicity in endothelial cells, but the underlying mechanisms have not been fully elucidated. In this study, we report that ZnONPs can induce ferroptosis of both HUVECs and EA.hy926 cells, as evidenced by the elevation of intracellular iron levels, lipid peroxidation and cell death in a dose- and time-dependent manner. In addition, both the lipid reactive oxygen...
Dynamic Dissection of Dynein and Kinesin-1 Cooperatively Mediated Intercellular Transport of Porcine Epidemic Diarrhea Coronavirus along Microtubule Using Single Virus Tracking
Wei Hou, Wenjie Kang, Yangyang Li, Yanke Shan, Shouyu Wang & Fei Liu
It is now clear that the intercellular transport on microtubules by dynein and kinesin-1 motors has an important role in the replication and spread of many viruses. Porcine epidemic diarrhea virus (PEDV) is an enveloped, single-stranded RNA virus of the Coronavirus family, which can infect swine of all ages and cause severe economic losses in the swine industry. Elucidating the molecular mechanisms of the intercellular transport of PEDV through microtubule, dynein and kinesin-1 will be...

Subduction characteristics of the ordovician erlangping back-arc basin in the east qinling mountains, china: implications for the tectonic evolution of the northern margin of the proto-tethys ocean
Zhenqiang Li, Shenlian Ren, Shuwen Dong, Jiahao Li, Chuanzhong Song, Qinliang Yang & Gang Zhang
A relatively complete trench–arc–basin system developed on the northern margin of the Proto-Tethys Ocean, and its subduction mode is key in reconstructing the tectonic evolution of the northern Proto-Tethyan margin. The Erlangping Group in the East Qinling Mountains is thought to be the product of subduction in the back-arc basin. Analysis of the metamorphism and deformation recorded by the group may elucidate the subduction mode of the back-arc basin. In this study, the tectonites in...
Propensity score-integrated Bayesian prior approaches for augmented control designs: a simulation study
Xi Wang, Leah Suttner, Thomas Jemielita & Xiaoyun Li
Drug development can be costly, and the availability of clinical trial participants may be limited either due to the disease setting (rare or pediatric diseases) or due to many sponsors evaluating multiple drugs or combinations in the same patient population. To maximize resource utilization, sponsors may leverage patient-level control data from historical trials. However, in a study with no control arm, it is impossible to evaluate if the historical controls are an appropriate comparator for...
