The aim of this review is to provide healthcare staff, policy makers and industry partners with a broad overview of the most current and likely future trends of AI solutions in ophthalmic clinical practice. We seek to understand which AI supported tools or interventions are being applied in eye care and eye health systems, or likely to be available in the near future.
