Neues Studienangebot Q-Master kann wichtigen Beitrag im Kampf gegen Lehrkräftemangel leisten Seit 2018 können Studierende an der Berliner Humboldt-Universität auch ohne vorangehendes Lehramtsstudium einen Masterstudiengang belegen, der sie für den Quereinstieg in die Lehrtätigkeit an Grundschulen qualifiziert. Eine Forschungskooperation hat das neue Studienangebot über einen längeren Zeitraum evaluiert. Der Auswertung zufolge gewährleistet der Q-Master hohe fachlich-didaktische Standards und verspricht mehr Vielfalt unter den Lehrkräften. Damit kann er als eine Blaupause für andere Universitäten dienen.
