Der vorliegende Beitrag nimmt dieses Ziel auf, fragt aber kritisch an, ob dabei so wichtige Faktoren wie Bildungsgerechtigkeit und kulturelle Vielfalt tatsächlich in ihrer gegenseitigen Abhängigkeit hinreichend bedacht werden.
